1Year Warranty

Every Valmshop piece comes with a 1-year warranty from the delivery date.

Covered: manufacturing defects — broken clasps or chains, stones falling out, or plating defects present on arrival.

Not covered: loss or theft, damage from misuse or harsh chemicals, and gradual fading from everyday wear.

To claim: email support@valmshop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll repair or replace the piece.
